9/11 Truth Movement Going Mainstream

Despite the fact that numerous well-respected individuals have voiced strong reservations about the credibility of the official account of 9/11,
it has been relatively easy for the mainstream media to ignore their public statements. Among the growing number of government and military officials that question the veracity of the 9/11 commission report are people like Major General Albert Stubblebine who was the commanding General of U.S Army Intelligence and Security Command in the 1980’s, Col. Robert Bowman, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret.) who was the Director of Advanced Space Programs Development under Presidents Ford and Carter, and Lt. Col. Jeff Latas, U.S. Air Force (ret), former President of the U.S. Air Force Accident Investigation Board.1 The list goes on and on and reads like a who’s who of top respected military and government officials. These are individuals that cannot be brushed off as tin-foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists and are therefore completely ignored by the controlled mass media.
The individuals that often cannot be ignored and are easier targets
for ridicule are the prominent figures in the Hollywood entertainment industry who have courageously used their popularity and media access to announce their doubts about the official 9/11 conspiracy theory. One of the first and most prominent people who went public with his doubts was Charlie Sheen, who first announced his views a couple of years ago on the Alex Jones radio show, prompting media coverage and subsequent attacks. More recently, there’s been a steady growth of public pronouncements from other prominent figures such as James Brolin, Bruce Willis, and Rosie O’Donnell. Bruce Willis was originally a supporter of the Bush administration policies and the war in Iraq, but after growing doubts and doing his own research has now recognized and publicly stated that the network behind JFK’s assassination are still in power in some form within our current government.

Rosie O’Donnell has used her presence on the hugely popular show The View to express her dissatisfaction with mainstream media coverage of the war in Iraq, to expose the neo-con war mongering to attack Iran and even her doubts about the official explanation of the collapses of the WTC towers. Following her pronouncements about 9/11 there’s been a chorus of verbal attacks and even calls for her death by panicking neo-con talking heads from FOX network to MSNBC. In other momentous developments, it has now been reported that there is a deal in the works to distribute a new version of Loose Change, the online film that exposes the many inconsistencies and lies of the official 9/11 account. Charlie Sheen is set to narrate, Alex Jones is on board as executive producer and billionaire Mark Cuban is reported to be the financial backer of the project.

The 9/11 truth movement is growing exponentially thanks to the brave individuals who have decided to stand up in the face of threats, ridicule and the risk of damage to their careers. It will continue to grow in numbers and expand its efforts to bring the real perpetrators to justice and help prevent future attacks by exposing the government’s deceptive and evil tactics to the general public.
