A Times of London article from1987 explains the direct link between a World Health Organization (WHO) smallpox vaccination program and its role in ‘triggering’ the Aids epidemic. The article describes how healthy US army recruits developed Aids after a smallpox vaccination, leading to closer examination of the epidemic in Africa. The following excerpt highlights the link between Aids and the vaccine called Vaccinia:

“WHO information indicated that the Aids league table of Central Africa
matches the concentration of vaccinations. The greatest spread of HIV infection coincides with the most intense immunization programmes , with the number of people immunised being as follows:

Zaire 36,878,000; Zambia 19,060,000; Tanzania 14,972,000; Uganda 11,616,000; Malawai 8,118,000; Ruanda 3,382,000 and Burundi 3,274,000.”

World Health Organization used AIDS-laced Smallpox Vaccine to deliberately infect Africans. The hearings identify the disease as an engineered race specific bio-weapon created in US military labs to serve the de-population agenda.
